While in downtown College Park getting breakfast, Engine 812B (121) was dispatched to the 5400 block of 67th Ave in Company 30’s first due for the report of smoke coming from the stove. First arriving companies reported nothing evident. During a 360, fire was reported from division 1 sides B/C. Engine 812B arrived as the 3rd due engine and stretched the 400ft line to side Charlie, up a ladder, and into division 2. Crews encountered moderate smoke and heat conditions, but no extension. Company 12 operated for approximately 1 hour before returning to service.
