Around 1330, Truck 812 was dispatched as the 3rd due special service to the 4900 block of Ravenswood Rd. First arriving companies reported smoke showing from a 2 story single family dwelling. Chief 812B had the command, while Chief 812 assisted with the interior. Truck 812 split crews. The interior crew assisted with searching the basement and locating the fire, while Truck 812’s second crew completed laddering and searched Division 1. Truck 812 operated for approximately 1 hour before returning to service.
