Over the weekend, in between calls and normal weekend tasks, members conducted RIT evolutions in the firehouse. Members practiced RIT-PAK operations and moving a downed firefighter while incorporating a new wall breach prop.
3Truck 12 responded as the 2nd truck to this AM fire in Co. 34's area. The truck crew assisted with opening up and completing secondary searches before returning to service.
Approx 10:06am, #PGFD units responded to 7400 blk of 24th Ave in Lewisdale for a house fire. On scene, crews found fire showing from the rear of a 1-story single-family home. Occupants self-evacuated. Fire located in an addition which spread to home’s attic. Fire is out. (More)

Truck 12 third due to the unit block of E. Wayne Ave. in Montgomery County late this AM for a fire on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. C12A worked as Division 3 supervisor and Tk12 worked to search and open up on the 4th floor.
